This growing company has been present in Belgium for several years and has expanded to the Netherlands and Luxembourg. They manage various locations in the city to provide both leisure and business guests with a pleasant and comfortable stay in the city.
Currently, a significant reorientation is underway, with substantial investments being made in hospitality, automation, and guest experience. More emphasis is being placed on personal contact and local management, and a new position is being created for a Hospitality Manager.
In Antwerp, there are also plans for enormous growth in the upcoming years, with several new locations set to open. This is an opportunity for you to grow along with the company!
Mission
In this versatile role, you are responsible for all locations within the city of Antwerp. In addition to overseeing daily operations, your main goal is to provide a pleasant stay for the guests.
Additionally, you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Driving and monitoring maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of the locations - both internally and externally
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a small-scale team
- Managing pre-check-ins at the various locations in the city, with a focus on quality, hygiene, and guest experience
- Welcoming guests to the city and following up on feedback and complaint handling
- Monitoring financial performance, including revenue, occupancy rates, and operational expenses
- Identifying growth opportunities and prospects in the city, building partnerships, and analyzing market trends
- Collaborating with central services in the areas of accounting, HR, sales & marketing, maintenance, and revenue management.
Profil
For this position, we are looking for a candidate who already has some experience in the hospitality industry and is eager to focus on optimization, guest experience, and service.
Additionally, you identify with the following description:
- You have a degree in Hotel Management, Facility Management, or similar through experience.
- You speak English; Dutch and French are a significant plus.
- You are a people manager and excel in communication.
- You are eager to learn and enjoy a challenge.
- You are strong organizationally and can maintain a good helicopter view.
- You are responsible, independent, and solution-oriented.
- You are flexible and ready to assist when needed.
