Sales Manager

The job vacancy will initially focus on the large-scale hotel in Brussels city center. The hotel features a spacious breakfast area and a lovely lounge where guests can enjoy a drink or a light snack. The hotel has a cozy and modern interior and is centrally located in Brussels.

The hotel is part of a rapidly growing group. The hotel group is known in the international market and is also experiencing significant growth in Belgium. In Brussels, there are very concrete growth plans for the near future, which means that the position can evolve into a more comprehensive role.

For this position, we are looking for a Sales Manager who can grow along with the company's expansion. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the Sales of the hotel, focusing on the Corporate market. Additionally, the following tasks will be part of your responsibilities:

• prospecting for new clients and sales opportunities
• maintaining close contact with existing clients
• leading and coaching the Junior Sales Manager
• analyzing competitors and anticipating current market trends
• representing the hotel at events, fairs, and networking meetings
• responsible for administration, drafting contracts, and negotiations with clients
• collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals

Ideally, you already have experience in the Sales Department of a hotel. However, we are also open to candidates with a commercial flair and a true go-getter mentality. Additionally, you identify with the following description:

• you have initial sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
