As Production Manager, you are responsible for the complete production and mise en place in preparation for the events.

• directing, adjusting, and motivating the kitchen team (2 to 6 people), including both permanent staff and extras
• creating weekly and daily schedules for the production kitchen
• coordinating kitchen tasks: mise-en-place, preparations, storage, and cleaning
• overseeing compliance with all obligations regarding HACCP and allergens
• actively present in the kitchen to closely monitor taste and quality
• managing inventory and orders, in collaboration with the executive chef
• creating dishes in collaboration with the executive chef

• has knowledge of the preparation of various soups, sauces, and vegetable dishes
• is skilled in filleting and portioning fish and cutting meat
