Cluster Operations Manager

This company started several years ago as an innovative start-up. In the meantime, they have built a strong name within the Brussels scene, with focus on healthy lunch. There are already 5 locations within Brussels center ,which get fresh deliveries on daily basis from their central production kitchen.

The concept is characterized by nutritious, organic and healthy products with smooth service in a modern setting. In line with the concept, the team is also young and dynamic. To ensure that this success can grow and expanded in the future, we are looking for a strong Operations Manager.

As Operations Manager you're the head of the entire organization and report directly to the founders. You're the point of contact for the operational teams and the production kitchen. You visit the locations every week, supervises the day-to-day operations and guarantee qualitative and efficient service.

Furthermore, you have the following responsibilities:

• to develop and implement the strategic goals to set growth and expand further
• train, coach and inspire the teams
• full responsibility for P&L, budget planning and cost control
• product innovation, implementation and communication to the teams about this
• responsible for qualitycontrol , food safety, HACCP and following up the production
• maintaine and build up by partnerships with investors, suppliers and partners

For this positon we're looking for a strong manager with a proven track record in a similar role within the hospitality or retail sector.

• You are analytical and have a strong financial base
• You're a good people manager and have a positive and energetic working attitude
• You are French speaking, an additional language is an added value
• You live in Brussels

Despite working in a management role, your working hours will mainly be during the week. For this position a competitive salary is offered, based on the experience and skills you can bring.
