Cluster Revenue Manager

This group manages numerous hotels in Northern Europe, a large portion of which is located in Belgium. A hotel group with ambitious plans that has managed to secure a strong position in the world of hospitality. Due to constant growth and ambitious future plans, we are looking for reinforcement within the Revenue department.

In this role, you are responsible for optimizing the room revenue of a group of 5-8 hotels. This is achieved through daily pricing strategies based on demand, market developments, and competitive analysis. Both weekly forecasts and monthly analyses are created to accomplish this.

In order to achieve this, you are in constant contact with the various hotels to follow the sales strategy. You are aware of the expectations of the hotels and the local markets, and you work smoothly with the various tools provided by the brands. As the right hand of the management of the different hotels, you help to drive progress and challenge the local teams. Additionally, you implement corrective actions where necessary. You ensure that the online information for each of your hotels is fully up to date, and you also analyze guest feedback and report it to the hotel managers.

Furthermore, you maintain excellent contacts with your online website partners and negotiate ongoing contracts to optimize the online strategy.

You work closely with your colleagues in the Revenue Department!

For this position, we are looking for a strong candidate with proven experience in the Revenue Department. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following:

• You hold a degree in Hotel Management
• You have a first experience in Revenuemanagement, preferably at Cluster level.
• You speak Dutch or English
• You are analytically strong and triggerd by numbers.
• You are capable of carrying significant responsibility.
• You are goal-oriented and have the drive to achieve optimal results
• You are entrepreneurial and solution-oriented
