As Executive Chef, you are responsible for the creative and culinary aspects of the organization. This involves interaction with clients, conducting tastings, and overseeing larger and important events.

• developing seasonal menus for various formats
• adjusting the menus in consultation with the client, cooking at tastings
• preparing recipes and weekly plans for the kitchen
• managing inventory and orders, in collaboration with local suppliers
• calculating food costs and overseeing the financial aspects of the department
• checking the presentation, taste, and quality during production and at events
• ensuring compliance with all obligations regarding HACCP and allergens
• training the kitchen team on new dishes
• motivating the team and stimulating their creativity
• collaborating with the manager, kitchen chef, and the sales department

• strong administrative skills, financial insight and knowledge of Excel
