Finance Manager - Hotels & Hospitality

a vibrant and dynamic hotel group with various hotels spread across Belgium. They offer a trendy brand and excellent customer service in a unique setting. They are looking for a Finance Manager who will provide support to the different hotels from the charming and centrally located headquarters.

• diverse – you will deal with various financial aspects, from monthly reports to annual budgeting
• dynamical – you work from the central office but also regularly visit the different hotels
• autonomous – you have a lot of responsibility and freedom to organize your own work and optimize processes
• analytical – you collect numbers, ratios, and KPIs and present the financial results and your analyses to the management team
• essential – you influence the financial health of the group and the decisions regarding projects and acquisitions
• team-oriented – you work closely with the entire team, both at the headquarters and in the various hotels - together you ensure the success of the hotel group!

• bachelor work and thinking level
• strong communicator in english, preferably also in dutch and french
• experience with financial reporting in a hotel environment
• advanced excel skills and knowledge of financial software
• knowledge of terms such as ADR, RevPAR, MLOS, CAPEX and OPEX
• administrative talent, detail-oriented and well-structured
• numerically inclined, with strong analytical insight
• focus on process optimization and workflow
